provision in this Agreement benefiting Hanson, then Hanson may, at his option, be <br />deemed to be "teuninated" on the date of such reduction or refusal to comply with the <br />provisions of this Agreement. In this event, Hanson shall be entitled to severance pay in <br />accordance with this Agreement <br />C. If Hanson voluntarily resigns his position with the City, Hanson agrees to give the City <br />45 days advance notice. If Hanson voluntarily resigns his position with the City, there <br />shall be no severance pay due to Hanson. In this event, Hanson will be paid for any <br />unused vacation pay and sick leave at the same rate allowed other employees with similar <br />longevity. <br />D.
