We have <br />partnered with Vadnais Heights again this year. Falcon Heights seal coats every other <br />year and is not included in this year's project. A list of streets being seal coated in Little <br />Canada has been included with this memo. <br />The bids will be tabulated and a recommendation for award will be available by the <br />Council meeting on Wednesday evening. Last year, Pearson Brothers was awarded the <br />project at a cost of $0.80 per square yard. Staff budgeted seal coating for 2007 at $1.00 <br />per square yard due to the continually rising fuel costs. <br />1 <br />
