As you are aware, the Contractor for the project was Frattalone Companies. <br />The total amount earned and therefore owed to the Contractor on this final pay estimate <br />is $34,310.00. <br />This pay estimate includes payment for the demolition of the house at 85 Viking Drive, <br />the house at 91 Viking Drive, and the Oasis gas station and car wash at 2250 Rice <br />Street. At this time all buildings and foundations have been demolished and removed <br />from the site and the associated holes backfilled.
