As you are aware, the Contractor for the project is T.A. Schifsky & Sons. The <br />total amount earned by the Contractor on this partial pay estimate is $1,123,436.92. <br />Subtracting 5% retainage of $56,171.85 and previous payments of $1,002,315.79, the <br />amount due the Contractor is $64,949.28. <br />This pay estimate includes payment for the placement of the bituminous wear course on <br />all streets and the payment for additional retaining wall work on Morrison Street. We <br />have inspected the work preformed by T.A Schifsky & Sons and find it to be in <br />compliance with the plans, specifications, and contract documents.
