EXHIBIT A - PERSONAL PROPERTY <br />Personal property does not include any of the items located on <br />the premises and owned by Seller which shall be removed by <br />Seller, at their discretion, prior to granting possession to <br />Buyer as provided for in this agreement. Title to any personal <br />property remaining on the property after Buyer assumes possession <br />shall be deemed vested in the Buyer. <br />It is further understood that Seller shall remove any debris or <br />junk from the property prior to possession by the Seller. The <br />property shall be left in a reasonably clean state, much as if it <br />were to be occupied by Buyer. Seller shall not damage the <br />structure in any way due to their vacation of the premises. <br />- 1 8 - <br />
