For industrial property, the <br />overall average is $6,700 /acre. The average drops <br />to almost $4,600 /acre when the high fee (350,000) <br />is removed. <br />Next Steps <br />Some survey respondents indicated interest in <br />participating in a discussion forum on park dedication <br />"best practices ". I -IKGi plans to conduct this forum in <br />this summer.
