SCHEDULE OF EVENTS - PAGE 3 <br />CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF <br />DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 5 <br />AND THE ESTABLISHMENT OF <br />TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT NO. 5-1 <br />(a renewal and renovation district) <br />AND FOR THE ADOPTION OF A MODIFIED POLICY <br />AND CRITERIA FOR GRANTING BUSINESS SUBSIDIES <br />AND THE AWARDING OF A BUSINESS SUBSIDY <br />October 10, 2007 City Council holds a public hearing at 7:30 P.M. on the awarding of a business <br />subsidy and approves Development Agreement. [Attorney will send Council <br />packet information to City via email on or by September 5, 20071 <br />October 11, 2007 City can issue building permits. <br />By Ehlers & Associates files Development Program and TIF Plan with the MN <br />Department of Revenue and the Office of the State Auditor, and requests <br />certification of the TIF District with Ramsey County. <br />By Ehlers & Associates files Modified Business Subsidy Policy and Criteria with the <br />MN Department of Employment and Economic Development. <br />By April 1, 2008 City files annual report with Minnesota Department of Employment and <br />Economic Development. <br />An action under subdivision I, paragraph (a), contesting the validity of a determination by an authority under section 469.175, <br />subdivision 3, must be commenced within the later of: <br />(I) 180 days after the municipality's approval under section 469.175, subdivision 3; or <br />(2) 90 days after the request for certification of the district is filed with the county auditor under section 469.177, <br />subdivision 1. <br />EHLERS <br />
