Michele Sebesta, husband and wife, to Valor <br />Enterprises, Inc., a Minnesota corporation, in fulfillment of Contract for Deed dated 4/11/2000, <br />filed 4/13/2000 as Document No. 1598269, as amended by Amendment to Contract for Deed <br />dated 6/27/2006, filed 9/3/2003 as Document No. 1773708. <br />NOTE: Order authorizing sate of property, filed 4/13/2000 as Document No. 1598268, was <br />granted by the United States Bankruptcy court, District of MN. Proceeds of such sale shall be <br />distributed in accordance with Debtor's Notice of Hearing and Motion for Sale of Property and <br />Amended Chapter 13 Plan (Bankruptcy File No. 98 -31013 re Daniel F.
