Michele Sebesta, husband and wife, to Valor Enterprises, Inc., a Minnesota corporation, in fulfillment of Contract for Deed dated 4/11/2000, filed 4/13/2000 as Document No. 1598269, as amended by Amendment to Contract for Deed dated 6/27/2006, filed 9/3/2003 as Document No. 1773708. NOTE: Order authorizing sate of property, filed 4/13/2000 as Document No. 1598268, was granted by the United States Bankruptcy court, District of MN. Proceeds of such sale shall be distributed in accordance with Debtor's Notice of Hearing and Motion for Sale of Property and Amended Chapter 13 Plan (Bankruptcy File No. 98 -31013 re Daniel F.
