EXTRACT OF MINUTES <br />OF A MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />DECEMI3ER 21, 2011 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Little Canada, Ramsey County, Minnesota was duly called and held at the City Center <br />of said City on the 21st day of December, 2011 at 7:30 p.m. <br />The following members were present: <br />Blesener, Boss, Keis, McGraw, and Montour; <br />and the following members were absent: None. <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2012 TAX LEVY <br />FOR THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />AS PRESENTED BY CITY STAFF <br />WHEREAS, <br />The 2011 tax levy is as follows: <br />GROSS TAX LEVY <br />General Fund $2,309,68$ <br />Capital Fund $193,565 <br />Infrastructure Fund $157,200 <br />AND WHEREAS, <br />$2,660,453 <br />The Council is required to certify a tax levy to the County Auditor by December 28, <br />2011; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of Little Canada, <br />Minnesota that the Council hereby approves the 2012 tax levy in the amount of <br />$2,660,453. <br />The adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Council Member <br />and upon vote taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against same: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Council this <br />21st day of December, 2011. <br />4 <br />
