Ranson <br />As the Council will recall, one of the 2011 Goals is to develop a fee schedule for fire re- <br />inspection. This goal was discussed at the August 10, 2011 Council meeting with the <br />Council directing that a $100 re- inspection fee be established for fire inspections over <br />two (see minutes and background materials attached). <br />The City Attorney has drafted a proposed ordinance establishing this fee, and staffs <br />recommendation is for adoption of the ordinance as presented as well as amending the <br />City's fee schedule to include the fire re- inspection fee. <br />1 <br />
