A re- inspection fee is in the fee schedule but I have never charged <br />it. 1 prefer to charge up front for the inspection and give them as many re- inspections as <br />necessary, it usually doesn't take more than one re- inspection if I am doing my, job <br />correctly and being reasonable. The more difficult eases involving bigger than usual <br />issues are stand alone and generally the fee isn't the biggest problem you will be facing <br />as you well know.
