RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING FOR HEARING <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. 2012-01 <br />PARK STREET (County Road C to Demont Avenue) <br />WHEREAS, <br />A feasibility report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the <br />improvement of Park Street (County Road C to Demont Avenue) by mill and overlay of <br />bituminous road surface as well as concrete curb and gutter repair and /or replacement. <br />This report was received by the Council on December 21, 2011, and <br />WHEREAS, <br />The report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is necessary, <br />cost- effective, and feasible. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE <br />CANADA, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement of Park Street in accordance with the <br />report and the assessment of benefitting properties for all or a portion of the cost of the <br />improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost to the <br />City of Little Canada of $108,000.00 <br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the th day of <br />January, 2012, in the Council Chambers of the City Center at 6:30 P.M. and the City <br />Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as <br />required by law. <br />Adopted by the Counoii this 21" day of December, 2011. <br />Joel R.
