As you are aware, the Contractor for the project is Kevitt Excavating, LLC. The <br />total amount earned by the Contractor on this final pay estimate is $33,936.83. <br />Subtracting previous payments of $24,923.09, the amount due the Contractor is <br />$9,013.74. <br />This pay estimate includes payment for the work completed under Change Order <br />Number 1 and final punchlist work. In addition, it provides for the release of all retainage <br />that is being held for the project. We have inspected the work preformed by Kevitt <br />Excavating and find it to be in compliance with the plans, specifications, and contract <br />documents.
