As you are aware, the Contractor for the project is Quality Restoration Services, <br />Inc. The total amount earned by the Contractor on this partial pay estimate is <br />$51,616.75. Subtracting 5% retainage of $2,580.84 and previous payments of <br />$25,242.57, the amount due the Contractor is $23,793.34. <br />This pay estimate includes payment for restoration work on Boss Road and the <br />remaining part of Viking Drive. We have inspected the work preformed by Quality <br />Restoration Services and find it to be in compliance with the plans, specifications, and <br />contract documents.
