However, it is the <br />resident's choice on what they would like to have. <br />i A resident questioned if the structure in his backyard would be fixed during the <br />street reconstruction. He stated that the soil is being washed away from the <br />structure leaving a depression in his lawn. Mr. Elfering answered that this issue <br />would he reviewed and possibly included with the street reconstruction project. <br />It was asked when Council would be making their decision. Mr. Hanson said <br />that Council will review this information at their December 19th meeting and they <br />would receive the comments from tonight's meeting in helping them make their <br />decision. If they move the project forward, an improvement hearing would be <br />held in January. It is at the improvement hearing when a project decision is <br />made. <br />Of those present three individuals voted to delay the project, one voted to go forward <br />with the project this year. <br />The Thunder Bay Road property owners were thanked for their participation. <br />- 1 0 - <br />
