CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A FEE SCHEDULE FOR THE CITY OF LITTLE <br />CANADA AS PART OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />The City Council of the City of Little Canada hereby ordains: <br />Section 1. <br />The City of Little Canada Municipal Code is hereby amended by adopting a Fee <br />Schedule for City services and licensing, pursuant to Minn Stat. §462.353, subd. 4 and <br />subd. 4(a). <br />City staff has reviewed the current Fee Schedule for the City of Little Canada and <br />is recommending that the Fee Schedule, attached hereto as Exhibit A, be adopted. After <br />consideration of and review by the Little Canada City Council the Fee Schedule, attached <br />hereto as Exhibit A, is hereby adopted. <br />Section 2. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its passage and <br />publication. <br />ATTEST: <br />Joel R.
