like to get this plan pinned down as some of the areas may not be available and we <br />should also discuss sizes and species of plantings. <br />The City of Little Canada will complete the formation of the Tax Increment Finance <br />(TIF) District scheduled for public hearing on October 10th. The City will issue a <br />bond to cover the cost of these improvements and will retain the TIF dollars <br />generated via the district. That should work. <br />Priority use of the TIF funds will be as follows: <br />1. Utility infrastructure <br />2. Landscaping <br />3. Acquisition of the 132 properties (bakery and portion of the trailer park) to <br />create additional road right of way.
