Benning
noted that action was tabled on the Plat and Variance at the last Planning
Commission meeting pending additional information as requested by the
City Planner in his October 5, 2007 report. Benning reviewed each item
noting that the proposed outlot has been eliminated given that the Hanson's
will not participate in the plat and are proposing to sell the back of their
property to adjacent property owners along Ontario Road. He also noted
that Lots 7 and 6 have been redesigned and curb frontage for Lot 6 has been
increased. As easement is also being proposed between Lots 6 and 7 to
provide the City with access to the ponding area on the north. Benning
further reported that the Watershed has approved the Whispering Pines plat
subject to conditions. He also noted that they have complied with all
recommendations made by the City Engineer.
