Joei Hanson
From: Erin Laberee [ Erin .Laberee @ci.maplewood.mn.us]
Sent: Wednesday, October 24, 2007 11 :44 AM
To: Chuck Ahl; Joei Hanson
Subject: Richie Place
Joel,
I am aware of the proposed Richie Place Development and the concerns of the neighbor. The
City has not received a foLuial submittal for the development and staff has not done a
detailed review. If the developer is able to meet the City's standards including drainage
requirements for discharge into a wetland then I don't anticipate that staff would provide
a negative recommendation. We would like to work with the City of Little Canada to provide
water and sewer service to Kohlman Lane and Keller Parkway. We are currently preparing a
feasibility study for the utility and roadway reconstruction project on Keller and
Kohlman. Hopefully this can provide some assurance that we are willing to work with Little
Canada on the utility project.
Erin
Erin Laberee, P.E.
Assistant City Engineer
City of Maplewood
1902 County Road B East
Maplewood, MN 55109
p. 651.249.2404
f. 651.249.2409
erin.laberee @ci.maplewood.mn.us
From: Chuck Ahl
Sent: Wednesday, October 24, 2007 11:33 AM
To: Joel Hanson
Cc: Erin Laberee
Subject: RE:
Joel:
I am out of the office, but I have forwarded this to Erin, our Asst.
