B. Storage of recreational vehicles and recreational equipment, subject to the <br />regulations of Section 903.020 and 903.050. <br />C. Home occupations — permitted and special (See Home Occupation regulations <br />in Section 903.120. <br />D. Non - commercial greenhouses and conservatories. <br />E. Swimming pool, tennis courts and other recreational facilities which are <br />operated for the enjoyment and convenience of the residents of the <br />principal use and their guests. <br />F. Tool houses, sheds Accessory buildings, accessory recreational buildings, <br />garden sheds, and similar buildings for storage of domestic supplies and <br />non - commercial recreational equipment or use, subject to size, setback, <br />and other regulations in Section 903.020. <br />G. Boarding or renting of rooms to not more than two (2) peraons. <br />H. Agricultural equipment. <br />I. Public pedestrian trails (as defined by Section 902 of this Ordinance) but not <br />public parks. <br />905.040. CONDITIONAL USES. (Requires a conditional use permit based upon <br />procedures set forth in and regulated by Section 921 of this Ordinance.) <br />A. Public regulated utility buildings, utility cabinets or infrastructure, and /or <br />similar structures which are necessary for the health, safety and general <br />welfare of the community, provided that: <br />1. Conformity with the surrounding neighborhood is maintained and <br />required setbacks and side yard requirements are met. <br />2. Equipment is completely enclosed in a permanent structure with no <br />outside storage. <br />3. Adequate screening from neighboring uses and landscaping is provided <br />in compliance with Section 903.020, G of this Ordinance. <br />B. Farm Buildings, farm equipment and farming activities limited to crop <br />production only (no farm. animals) • <br />provided that: <br />1. The provisions of Section 921.010, C of this Ordinance are considered <br />and satisfactorily met. <br />C. Residential planned unit development as regulated by Section 923 of <br />Or-di/Janet <br />-105- <br />
