B. Storage of recreational vehicles and recreational equipment, subject to the regulations of Section 903.020 and 903.050. C. Home occupations — permitted and special (See Home Occupation regulations in Section 903.120. D. Non - commercial greenhouses and conservatories. E. Swimming pool, tennis courts and other recreational facilities which are operated for the enjoyment and convenience of the residents of the principal use and their guests. F. Tool houses, sheds Accessory buildings, accessory recreational buildings, garden sheds, and similar buildings for storage of domestic supplies and non - commercial recreational equipment or use, subject to size, setback, and other regulations in Section 903.020. G. Boarding or renting of rooms to not more than two (2) peraons. H. Agricultural equipment. I. Public pedestrian trails (as defined by Section 902 of this Ordinance) but not public parks. 905.040. CONDITIONAL USES. (Requires a conditional use permit based upon procedures set forth in and regulated by Section 921 of this Ordinance.) A. Public regulated utility buildings, utility cabinets or infrastructure, and /or similar structures which are necessary for the health, safety and general welfare of the community, provided that: 1. Conformity with the surrounding neighborhood is maintained and required setbacks and side yard requirements are met. 2. Equipment is completely enclosed in a permanent structure with no outside storage. 3. Adequate screening from neighboring uses and landscaping is provided in compliance with Section 903.020, G of this Ordinance. B. Farm Buildings, farm equipment and farming activities limited to crop production only (no farm. animals) • provided that: 1.
