912. "B -3 ", GENERAL BUSINESS DISTRICT <br />912.010. PURPOSE. The purpose of the "B -3 ", General Business District is to provide <br />for the establishment of commercial and service activities which draw from and serve <br />customers from the entire community or region. <br />912.020. PERMITTED USES. <br />A. Antique or gift shop <br />B. Amusement places (such as dance halls or roller rinks) <br />C. Animal clinics (with no overnight care) <br />D. Art and school supply stores <br />E. Auto accessory store (not including minor repair). <br />F. Bakery goods and baking of goods for retail sales on the premises. <br />G. Bank, savings and loan, savings credit unions and other <br />H. Barber shops <br />I. Beauty parlors <br />J. Bicycle sales and repair <br />K. Boat and marine sales (eneesed indoor) <br />L. Books, office supplies, office equipment and stationary stores <br />M. Candy, ice cream, popcorn, nuts, frozen deserts and soft drinks shops. <br />N. Camera and photographic supply sales and service <br />O. Carpet, rugs and tile sales <br />P. Clothing stores <br />Q. Coin and philatelic stamp stores <br />R. Commercial and professional offices <br />S. Commercial recreation uses (not including establishments serving alcoholic <br />beverages) limited to: <br />a. Bowling alleys <br />b.
