Public regulated utility buildings, utility cabinets or infrastructure, and /or <br />similar structures which are necessary for the health, safety, and general <br />welfare of the community, as allowed in the B -W District. <br />913- A.045. INTERIM USES. <br />A. Open and Outdoor Storage, provided that: <br />1. Such use may constitute no more than ten percent (10 %) of any parcel. <br />2. Storage area shall be screened from view of adjoining residentially <br />zoned property or public right of way per the standards of the I -P, <br />Industrial Park District <br />3. Storage area shall not occupy any portion of the front yard area <br />4. Storage area must be paved. <br />913- A.050. LOT, SETBACK, AND BUILDING REQUIREMENTS. <br />A.. Lot, setback, and height requirements for the "B -I ", Business - Industrial <br />District shall be as prescribed in Section 914.050. and Section 914.060. of <br />the Little Canada City Code. <br />B. Building materials requirements shall be as allowed in the `B -W ", Business <br />Warehousing District, except that buildings shall be constructed to reflect <br />the residential architectural character of adjoining neighborhoods, where <br />applicable. <br />C. Buildings within the `B -I ", Business Industrial District shall be subject to the <br />procedures and standards of the City of Little Canada's Architectural <br />Guidelines for Commercial Development (outside of the Rice Street/Little <br />Canada Road area) as if the building were to be located within any other <br />"B ", Business District, except that instead of the Planning Commission, <br />the City Planner shall review and approve the design, subject to appeal of <br />the City Planner's recommendation to the City Council. <br />- 1 5 4 - <br />
