the person proposing said plat, or any agent of his, has or has not made <br />such tests as would be necessary to determine existence and depth of <br />ground water. <br />(c) Proposed Design Features. <br />(1) Layout of proposed street showing the right -of -way widths, centerline <br />gradients, typical cross sections, and proposed names of streets in <br />conformance with City and County street identification policies. The name <br />of any street heretofore used in the City or its environs shalt not be used <br />unless the proposed street is a logical extension of an already named <br />street, in which event the same name shall be used. <br />(2) Locations and widths of proposed alleys and pedestrian ways. <br />(3) Locations and size of proposed sewer lines and water mains. <br />(4) Location, dimension and purpose of all easements. <br />(5) Layout, numbers, lot areas, and preliminary dimensions of lots and blocks. <br />(6) Minimum front and side street building setback lines. <br />(7) When lots are located on a curve, the width of the lot at the required building <br />setback line. <br />(8) Areas, other than streets, alleys, pedestrian ways and utility easements, <br />intended to be dedicated or reserved for public use, including the size of <br />such area or areas in acres. <br />(9) Water Supply Water mains shall be provided to serve the subdivision by <br />extension of an existing community system wherever feasible. Service <br />connections shall be stubbed into the property line and all necessary fire <br />hydrants shall also be provided. Extensions of the public water supply <br />system shall be designed so as to provide public water in accordance with <br />the standards of the City of Little Canada. In areas where public water <br />on the same and adjoining lots. Well plans must comply with the <br />approval f the City Engineer. All proposed water systems shall be <br />designed, to provide for looping of public water mains. <br />(10) Sewage Disposal, Public. Sanitary sewer mains and service connections shall <br />be installed in accordance with the standards of the City of Little Canada. <br />(d) Supplementary Information. <br />(1) Any or All of the supplementary information requirements set forth in this <br />subdivision shall be submitted when deemed necessary by the City staff, <br />consultants, advis ry bodies and/or City C uncil unless specifically <br />waived by the City Administrator. <br />(2) Proposed protective covenants. <br />(3) An accurate soil survey of the subdivision prepared by a qualified person. The <br />soil survey shall consist of test holes to a depth necessary to determine the <br />various types of soil to be encountered before reaching a stable base. Such <br />test holes when ordered by the City authorities, shall be drilled at the <br />expense of the owner or developer and the information disclosed shall be <br />furnished to the City Council together with a copy of the proposed plat <br />-15- <br />
