Revisions were made to the original plans to <br />ccommodate comments /recommendations received from the City Engineer and comments from the City Planners (both Little <br />Canada's & Maplewood's). <br />he major changes to the site plan and plat are as follows: <br />Original outlot 1 and the east stormwater pond were eliminated and changed to a residential lot (new lot 8). <br />- Original residential lot 11 was eliminated and changed to an outlot for larger west stormwater pond added to original outlot 3 <br />(which creates new outlot 1). <br />- Original outlot 2 was eliminated and the southern 3 lots (new lots 9, 10, & 11) were extended to the south property line with <br />a conservation easement over the southern portion of the lots. <br />' ae Elfering recommended I forward the city a copy of these changes prior to tomorrow's Planning Commission Meeting. <br />~lease distribute these changed plans appropriately. <br />eel free to give me a call with any questions. <br />Thank You, <br />':ip L.
