1011. VIOLATIONS AND PENALTY <br />1011.010. MISREPRESENTATION AS TO CONSTRUCTION, SUPERVISION, <br />OR INSPECTION OF IMPROVEMENTS. It shall be unlawful for any person, fit u or <br />corporation owning an addition or subdivision of land within the City to represent that any <br />improvement upon any of the streets, alleys or avenues of said addition or subdivision or any <br />sewer in said addition or subdivision has been constructed according to the plans and <br />specifications approved by the City Council, or has been supervised or inspected by the City, <br />when such improvements have not been so constructed, supervised or inspected. <br />1011.020. This Ordinance shall be administered and enforced by the Zoning <br />Administrator who is appointed by the City Council. The Zoning Administrator may institute in <br />the name of the City of Little Canada any appropriate actions or proceedings against a violator as <br />provided by statute, charter or ordinance. <br />1011.030. The City Administrator or designee (including, but not limited to a Code <br />Enforcement Officer, Zoning Administrator, Sheriff, or other person) may issue a citation for a <br />violation of any of the provisions of this Ordinance. Any person who violates any of the <br />provisions of this Ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction thereof, <br />be fined not more than the maximum penalty for a misdemeanor prescribed under state law. Each <br />day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense. <br />- 3 3 - <br />
