4. Off - street parking of passenger vehicles and trucks not exceeding a gross <br />capacity of twelve thousand (12,000) pounds in residential areas. No such parking shall be <br />permitted within the rear yard, except when such parking is upon a driveway leading to a garage, <br />or other approved parking space. <br />Figure 903 -3 <br />P. Waste Material. Waste material resulting from or used in industrial or commercial <br />manufacturing, fabricating, servicing, processing or trimming shall not be washed into the public <br />storm sewer system nor the sanitary sewer system, but shall be disposed of in a manner approved <br />by the Minnesota State Fire Marshall and the Pollution Control Agency. <br />Q. Bulk Storage (Liquid). All uses associated with the bulk storage of all gasoline, liquid <br />fertilizer, chemical, flammable and similar liquids shall comply with requirements of the <br />Minnesota State Fire Marshall and Minnesota Department of Agriculture Offices and have <br />documents from those offices stating the use is in compliance. <br />R. Radiation Emission. All activities that emit radioactivity shall comply with the <br />minimum requirements of the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency or other applicable Federal <br />or State Agency. <br />S. Electrical Emission. All activities which create electrical emissions shall comply with <br />the minimum requirements of the Federal Communications Commission. <br />T. Building Construction in Residential Districts, Business Districts, and Industrial <br />Districts. <br />1. No pole type buildings, and no conventionally framed, pre- fabricated, or <br />engineered steel buildings with metal exteriors (walls or roof), <br />hundred twenty (120) square feet, shall be allowed. <br />2. All buildings in Residential and Business Districts shall be constructed of solid <br />wall masonry, pre -cast concrete or aggregate panels, wood frame masonry veneer, wood siding <br />- 7 1 - <br />
