Hanson <br />Attached is an amendment to the City's agreement with WI, Fire Inspections LLC for <br />contracted fire marshal services. The amendment to this agreement provides for 16 hours <br />of contracted service per week from the previously agreed to 20 hours. Given that the <br />Fire Marshal worked to get the City's businesses and multi - family dwellings into <br />conformance with the Fire Code, the decrease in the hours per week will not be <br />problematic. <br />The reimbursement rate was increased by 2% over the previous contract. We also <br />provided for the ability for the Fire Marshal to take off time without payment to <br />accommodate a vacation, subject to our prior approval. <br />Staff recommends approval of the Fire Inspection Services Agreement as proposed. <br />1 <br />
