EXTRACT OF MINUTES <br />OF A MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />JANUARY 9, 2012 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Little <br />Canada, Ramsey County, Minnesota was duly called and held at the City Center of said City on <br />the 9°i day of January, 2012 at 7:30 p.m. <br />The following members were present: <br />Blesener, Boss, Keis, McGraw, and Montour. <br />And the following were absent: None. <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ASSESSMENT REAPPORTIONMENT <br />AS OUTLINED BELOW FOR <br />PROPERTY DIVISION DA071128 <br />WHEREAS, <br />Ramsey County has informed the City of Little Canada of property division DA071128, relating <br />to the City of Little Canada and Terrace Heights Mobilehome Park property swap; <br />AND WHEREAS, <br />There are outstanding assessment balances on one of these parcels. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LfTTLE <br />CANADA hereby approves the Assessment Reapportionment as follows: <br />OLD ASSESSMENT <br />07- 29 -22 -23 -0018 <br />S- 532004120 <br />S- 532010120 <br />REAPPORTIONMENT <br />07- 29 -22 -23 -0019 <br />S- 532004120 <br />S- 532010120 <br />$12,788.74 <br />$49,275.09 <br />$12,788.74 <br />$49,275.09 <br />2 <br />
