Due to current <br />condition staff is recommending a higher level of maintenance (i.e. mill and pave) <br />to reestablish good drainage and protect the street subgrade. <br />o Restoration of disturbed boulevard areas can be difficult. Seed vs. Sod. <br />D Examples of good and poor results with both methods on City projects. <br />• Sod costs more, but provides "instant green" finished look. <br />D Both seeding and sod require extra watering and care by property owners to <br />successfully establish.
