CITY OF' LITTLE CANADA <br />RESOLUTION VACATING <br />DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT <br />WHEREAS, <br />A majority of the owners of property abutting certain drainage and utility easements in <br />have requested the City Council in a petition dated December 19, 2011 to vacate such <br />easement according to law; <br />WHEREAS, <br />A public hearing to consider the vacation of' these drainage and utility easements was <br />held on January 25, 2012 before the City Council at the City Center located at 515 Little <br />Canada Road in said City at 7:30 p.m. after due published and posted notice had been <br />given by the City Clerk, as well as a reasonable attempt to give personal mailed notice to <br />all affected property owners on January 12, 2012, and all interested and affected persons <br />were given an opportunity to be heard; and <br />WHEREAS, <br />Any person, corporation, or city owning or controlling easements contained upon the <br />property vacated, reserves the right to continue maintaining the same or to enter upon <br />such way or portion thereof vacated to maintain, repair, replace, remove, or otherwise <br />attend thereto; and <br />WHEREAS, <br />It appears that it will be in the best interest of the City to approve such petition; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, 13E IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE <br />CANADA, COUNTY OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA, that such petition is hereby granted <br />and the following drainage and utility easements are hereby vacated: <br />DRAINAGE & UTILITY EASEMENT VACATION DESCRIPTION <br />That part of the drainage and utility easement, as dedicated in Lot 1, Block 1, ST.
