MINUTES OF THE WORKSHOP MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />DECEMBER 17, 2025 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a Workshop meeting of the City Council of Little Canada, <br />Minnesota was convened on the 17th day of December, 2025 in the Conference Room of the City <br />Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Tom Fischer called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. and the following members of the <br />City Council were present at roll call: <br />ROLL CALL: In attendance were Mayor Fischer, City Council Members Miller, Gutierrez, <br />Kwapick and Malone. Absent: None. <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Bryce Shearen: <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR PERFORMANCE REVIEW <br />The purpose of this workshop is for the City Council to conduct the 2025 annual performance <br />review of the City Administrator. <br />The Council evaluated the Administrator on the city's internal core values, professional skills <br />and :status, relations with elected members of the governing body, policy execution, reporting, " <br />citizen relations, staffing, supervision, fiscal management and community. <br />The performance review of the Administrator was highly satisfactory, and a step increase and <br />cost of living increase were approved beginning January 1, 2026. <br />There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:21 p.m. <br />Thomas Fischer, Mayor <br />Attest: <br />did Ie er, City Clerk <br />
