(n) The allowing of rain, water, ice or snow to fall from any building on any public street <br />or sidewalk or to flow across any public sidewalk; <br />(o) All dangerous, unguarded machinery, equipment or other property in any public <br />place, or so situated or operated on private property as to attract Minor children; <br />(p) <br />(q) <br />The distributing of handbills except as provided by law or ordinance; <br />Throwing, dropping or releasing printed matter, paper, or any other material or <br />objects over and upon the City from an airplane, balloon or other aircraft, or in such a <br />manner as to cause such materials to fall on land in the City. <br />(r) Placing entrance culverts or doing any act which may alter or affect the drainage of <br />public streets or alleys or the surface or grading of public streets, alleys or sidewalks <br />without proper permit; <br />(s) <br />Making repairs to motor vehicles or tires in public streets or alleys, excepting only <br />emergency repairs when it will not unduly impede or interfere with traffic; <br />(t) Throwing, placing, depositing or burning leaves, trash, lawn clippings, weeds, grass <br />or other material in the streets, alleys or gutters; <br />(u) Erecting, painting or placing of unauthorized traffic signs or advertising signs in <br />streets or alleys or on sidewalks; <br />(v) All unnecessary interference and disturbance of radios or television sets caused by <br />defective electrical appliances and equipment or improper operation thereof; <br />(w) <br />(x) <br />All other conditions, acts, or things which are liable to cause injury to the person or <br />property of anyone. <br />All use of any radio, tape player, compact disc player, paging system or any other <br />device for the production or reproduction of sound in a motor vehicle in a loud <br />manner so as to unreasonably disturb the peace, quiet or comfort of any person, It <br />shall be prima facie evidence of a violation of this section if the device is audible <br />from a distance of twenty -five (25) feet or more. <br />601.060. ENFORCEMENT. It shall be the duty of the Council to enforce the provisions of <br />this Chapter. The Council hereby authorizes the code enforcement officer to enforce this Chapter, <br />including the power to inspect private premises and to issue tags for violations of this Chapter. <br />601.070. POWERS OF OFFICERS. Whenever, in the judgment of the Code Enforcement <br />Officer, it is determined upon investigation that a public nuisance is being maintained or exists <br />601 -5 <br />13 <br />
