It is the desire of the petitioner(s) listed below to see this driveway dedicated to the
City of Little Canada for public road purposes and then to improve this newly dedicated street
from its intersection on County Road B2 to its northern terminus as approximated on Exhibit A.
We hereby petition that such street be improved by new gravel base and asphalt surface
pursuant to Minnesota Statues, Chapter 429.
Sigrti9r,e of Owner2
1. - /kvi /1-17 - 1 </,
2.
3.
4.
Description/Address of Property
Examined, checked, and found to be in proper form and to be signed by the required number of
owners of property affected by the making of the improvement petitioned for.
City Clerk
END OF FORM
1 This form itself need not be used by petitioning landowners. It merely demonstrates what little is required for a
petition to lower the majority vote required to order the improvement (Form 7 or 7A) from four -fifths to a simple
majority. If 100% of the affected landowners sign the petition, then a simple majority vote of the City Council can
order the improvement.
2 Property owned in joint tenancy or by tenants in common should be signed by each owner.
