CITY OF LPITTLE CANADA <br />RESOLUTION VACATING DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, <br />The City Council of Little Canada has determined to vacate the following drainage and <br />utility easement according to the law: <br />All the drainage and utility easements dedicated over Lot 1, Block 1, Little <br />Canada Mid Oaks, Ramsey County, Minnesota being more particularly described <br />as: <br />The northerly 6 feet of said Lot 1 and the easterly 6 feet of said Lot 1 and the <br />southerly 6 feet of said Lot 1 and that part of said Lot 1 lying west of a line from a <br />point on the northerly line of said Lot 1 that is 25.00 feet easterly of the northwest <br />corner of said Lot 1, to a point on the southerly line of Lot 3, said Block 1 that is <br />30.00 feet easterly of the southwest corner of said Lot 3. <br />AND WHEREAS, <br />A public hearing was held on September 13, 2006 before the City Council in the City <br />Center after due published and posted notice had been given by the City Administrator, a <br />reasonable attempt was made to give personal notice to all affected property owners, and <br />all persons interested were given an opportunity to be heard; <br />AND WHEREAS, <br />Any person, corporation, or city owning or controlling easements contained upon the <br />property vacated, reserves the right to continue maintaining the same or to enter upon <br />such way or portion thereof vacated to maintain, repair, replace, remove, store or <br />otherwise attend thereto; <br />
