CITY OF LPITTLE CANADA RESOLUTION VACATING DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS WHEREAS, The City Council of Little Canada has determined to vacate the following drainage and utility easement according to the law: All the drainage and utility easements dedicated over Lot 1, Block 1, Little Canada Mid Oaks, Ramsey County, Minnesota being more particularly described as: The northerly 6 feet of said Lot 1 and the easterly 6 feet of said Lot 1 and the southerly 6 feet of said Lot 1 and that part of said Lot 1 lying west of a line from a point on the northerly line of said Lot 1 that is 25.00 feet easterly of the northwest corner of said Lot 1, to a point on the southerly line of Lot 3, said Block 1 that is 30.00 feet easterly of the southwest corner of said Lot 3. AND WHEREAS, A public hearing was held on September 13, 2006 before the City Council in the City Center after due published and posted notice had been given by the City Administrator, a reasonable attempt was made to give personal notice to all affected property owners, and all persons interested were given an opportunity to be heard; AND WHEREAS, Any person, corporation, or city owning or controlling easements contained upon the property vacated, reserves the right to continue maintaining the same or to enter upon such way or portion thereof vacated to maintain, repair, replace, remove, store or otherwise attend thereto;
