(2) Each collection crew shall adhere to all applicable Ordinances of <br />the City of Little Canada, and all of those rules, regulations, and <br />conditions for refuse collection as established by the City. <br />b. Driver. <br />(1) <br />The Contractor's personnel shall comply with all applicable laws <br />including driving and traffic laws, relating to its performance of <br />services under this Agreement. Contractor's personnel shall <br />comply with all Federal regulations found in Code of Federal <br />Regulations (CFR) at 49 CFR, Part 382 as it pertains to drug and <br />alcohol testing. Upon request, Contractor shall supply City with <br />any results of its drug and alcohol testing program. <br />(2) The driver must have a valid Minnesota License with proper <br />classification. <br />(3) The driver must adhere to all traffic laws. <br />c. Collector. <br />(1) The driver and collector(s) shall at all times have a courteous <br />attitude toward the general public. <br />(2) The driver and collector(s) shall be of sound character, competent, <br />and sober throughout the entire workday. <br />(3) <br />The driver and collector(s) shall have the ability to remember the <br />order of collection and location of all containers on the assigned <br />routes. <br />(4) The driver and collector(s) shall make a concerted effort to have at <br />all times a presentable appearance. <br />(5) <br />The collector(s) on each crew shall be physically able to perform <br />their duties and be at least eighteen (18) years old. <br />(6) The collector(s) shall perform their work in a neat and quiet <br />manner and clean up all refuse, yard waste or recyclables spilled in <br />collection under any circumstance. <br />(7) <br />(8) <br />All containers shall be replaced on the boulevard adjoining the curb. <br />Damage to containers or other property shall be avoided. <br />-12- <br />-14- <br />
