Failure by the Contractor to make any upward adjustments in the allotted time frame may not be applied retroactively. ** Gene's Disposal Customer will remain at $2.00 per month for weekly, two sort recyclables collection. In this case, the fuel surcharge fee will be applied against this amount as well. ** *The Fuel Surcharge Fee, for illustrative purposes, is assumed to be 4.14% based on $3.00 per gallon for Midwest No. 2 diesel fuel per the US Department of Energy averages (see Attachment "C "). This Fuel Surcharge percentage rate will be adjusted quarterly using the figures on Attachment "C" pursuant to Contract Provision E.3. Each homeowner will be allowed to make a service selection size once per year. Additional selections during the year would require a $15 administrative fee payable to the resident's Contractor. All services levels above sizes will include the disposal of one Christmas tree per year not wrapped in a plastic bag and free of ornaments and tinsel from every residential dwelling unit.
