Hanson <br />As the Council is aware, its December meeting schedule was recently modified canceling <br />the December 27th regular meeting. In order to better coordinate the Council's and <br />Planning Commission's meeting schedules, it would be staff's recommendation that the <br />Council's December 13th meeting be moved to December 20th. This would allow for <br />planning items considered at the December 14th Planning Commission to come before the <br />Council on December 20th <br />Staff would also propose that the Public Hearing to consider adoption of the 2007 Budget <br />be changed from December 13th to December 20th. <br />COUNCIL'S DECEMBER MEETING SCHEDULE <br />Monday, December 4, 2006 — 7:00 p.m. — 7 ;ath In Taxation Hearing <br />Wednesday, December 20, 2006 — 7:30 p.m. — Regular Council Meeting <br />Public Hearings on Planning Items <br />Public Hearing to consider adoption of 2007 I3udget <br />
