Front Yards: Not less than thirty (30) feet. <br />2. Side Yards: <br />a. Any parcel of land upon which a single family residence was <br />constructed prior to June 25, 1980 shall maintain a minimum five (5) <br />foot interior side yard setback for the principal building, future <br />attached additions to such building, and from any existing or newly <br />created lot lines. Legally non - conforming accessory buildings <br />constructed on single family parcels prior to June 25, 1980 shall be <br />allowed to be rebuilt at their prior side yard setback distance, <br />provided such setback is at least five (5) feet. Accessory buildings <br />shall in all other cases maintain a minimum interior side yard setback <br />of ten (10) feet. In all cases, side yards abutting a public right -of -way <br />shall maintain a thirty (30) foot setback for all buildings. <br />b. Except as provided in "a" above, the side yard setback shall be at least <br />seven and one -half (7' /z) feet on an interior lot line, and at Least thirty <br />(30) feet on a side yard abutting a public right -of -way. <br />3. Rear Yards: Not less than thirty (30) feet. <br />905.060. BUILDING REQUIREMENTS. <br />Height.
