RESOLUTION NO. <br />Resolution appointing Administrative Hearing Officer <br />WHEREAS, Section of the City's Ordinance Code provides for an Administrative <br />Enforcement procedure and appointment of a Hearing Officer by the City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, Ramsey County Sheriff's Department, has been determined interested and <br />qualified in serving in this capacity. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resoved by the City Councils fo the Cities of Arden Hills, <br />Shoreview, Vadnais Heights, North Oaks, Little Canada, Gem Lake and White Bear <br />Township, Minnesota, that ( ) is hereby appointed <br />Administrative Hearing Officer for a term which will expire (date) <br />The foregoing resolution, offered by Council member and <br />supported by Council member was declared carried on the <br />following vote: <br />AYES: <br />NAYS: <br />Passed: <br />Title <br />ATTEST: <br />Title <br />
