I LIVE AT 124 E. OLD COUNTY RD C AND I AM <br />AGAINST ALLOWING THE RESIDENT AT 140 ROSE PLACE OPENING A MANICURE /MASSAGE, <br />ETC BUSINESS THERE. WE ARE A RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOOD AND IT SHOULD NOT BE <br />OPENED UP TO ALLOW BUSINESSES TO OPERATE. MOST OF US TRY VERY HARD TO MAKE <br />OUR PROPERTIES LOOK VERY NICE AND IT IS A RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOOD. IF YOU <br />OPEN IT FOR THIS ONE THEN SOON THERE WILL BE MORE AND WE WILL NO LONGER BE <br />RESIDENTIAL. MY HOME IN ON OLD C AND SINCE LITTLE CANADA CLOSED THE <br />RAILROAD BRIDGE SHORTLY AFTER WE BUILT OUR HOUSE, BACK IN 1976 THE TRAFFIC <br />HAS BEEN HORRIBLE. IT'S BAD ENOUGH THAT OUR STREET IS LISTED AS A <br />THROUGHWAY WITHOUT HAVING BUSINESSES RIGHT IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD. <br />I DO HAVE ONE QUESTION NOT RELATED TO THE ABOVE TOPIC, <br />DONE BACK IN THE SPRING I THOUGHT IT HAD BEEN DECIDED <br />WOULD PUT INTO EFFECT A LAW THAT THERE WOULD BE NO ON <br />BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 2:00 AND 6:00 AM. DID THAT EVER <br />I WOULD APPRECIATE YOUR FORWARDING MY CONCERNS TO THE <br />RE THE PROPERTY AT 140 ROSE PL. THANK YOU.
