July 25, 2006
UNITED SCIENTIFIC, INC.
15YORKTON COURT, ST. PAUL, MINNESOTA 55117 • (651) 483 -1500
FAX (651) 483 -9521 • EMAIL: USI @GOLDENGATE.COM
City Council
City of Little Canada
515 Little Canada Road
Little Canada, MN 55117
Re: Advanced Masonry Restoration
Request for a Conditional Use Permit and Variance for outdoor storage
Dear City Council Members:
My name is Stan Monson. I am the president of United Scientific Inc. which is located at
15 Yorkton Court. Our building and Advanced Masonry Restoration (AMR) split and
share the property between our west side and their east side. AMR has also granted us an
easement on the north side of their building. This easement greatly helps us with our
traffic flow and control.
I am writing this letter in reference to AMR's request for a conditional use permit for
open and outdoor storage. I have no problem or concerns with the storage on the
southeast side of their building. I'd also like to add that AMR has improved the
neighborhood with all the improvements to their building.
Regards,
Stan Monson
President
