My long term plans are to demolish the building and replace it <br />with two larger buildings divisible into smaller rental units. I have the building <br />rented to an Auto Repair Garage and I currently rent lot space to Royal Excavating, <br />Jacobson Excavating and Collins Electric. I have room for 4 more renters about the <br />same size as Jacobson Excavating. I would like the CUPs for both 196/194 Ryan <br />and 3164 Ryan to allow for outdoor storage renters without the necessity of the <br />renters occupying a building. <br />Both properties attract tenants who need to store cars, trucks, trailers and equipment <br />outdoors. <br />3175 Ryan Lane is still used as our special projects shop, but I intend to eventually <br />move that part of our operation to either 3101 Spruce Street or 1870 Rice Street. <br />My intentions are to rent out the building and yard at 3175 Ryan Lane. No doubt <br />any interested renter will have something to do with cars, trucks and outside <br />storage. I would like the CUP to be more generic in nature.
