As you are aware, the Contractor for the project is O'Malley Construction, Inc. <br />The total amount earned by the Contractor on this partial pay estimate is $89,150.01. <br />Subtracting 5% retainage of $4,457.50, the amount due the Contractor is $84,692.51. <br />This pay estimate includes payment for the sidewalk construction at Country Drive, <br />around Market Place Pond, and on Little Canada Road. We have inspected the work <br />preformed by O'Malley Construction, Inc. and find it to be in compliance with the plans, <br />specifications, and contract documents.
