CHANGE ORDER #2 <br />(Attachment) <br />This contract is amended as follows: <br />WHEREAS: It was determined by the Engineer that the material encountered during <br />construction on sections of Rose Lane and Morrison Street did not match the <br />materials from the street borings; and <br />WHEREAS: The Engineer determined that a thicker street section should be used in areas of <br />poorer soils. The additional street section would require the removal of an <br />additional 6- inches of existing material and replacement with 6- inches of <br />aggregate base class 5 as directed by the engineer in the field. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY MUTUALLY AGREED AND UNDERSTOOD THAT: <br />1. The Contractor shall complete the above described changes and additions to the project. <br />2. Payment for the work was reviewed and approved by the Engineer. <br />3. The Contractor will not make claim of any kind or character for any other costs or <br />expenses that he may have incurred or that he may hereafter incur in performing the <br />work or furnishing the materials of this agreement. <br />3 <br />
