Hanson <br />Under City Ordinances the City Administrator has the authority to approve purchases up <br />to $1,000. In order to document this process we have developed the attached manual <br />check request form. These manual check purchases would also be included in the <br />approval of vouchers for the Council's review and approval. <br />Additionally, we are requesting an increase in the petty cash fund from $200 to $400 <br />since many small items previously paid by manual checks are now coming out of petty <br />cash. For items less than $50.00 petty cash is used for expediency. <br />Staff is requesting the Council's approval of the above recommendations. <br />
