Regarding the request for Concept Stage approval for a 12 unit single family <br />development located at 2966 Labore Road, staff would advise that any recommendation <br />for approval be subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Lots 7, 8, and 9 shall be redesigned to meet the 75 foot lot width requirement, as <br />measured from the front yard setback line. <br />2.
