MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />DECEMBER 14, 2006 <br />Barraclough indicated that he is especially concerned that the plat include <br />connection points to the Himmelbach and Sculley properties. <br />Duray recommended approval of the Richie Place Concept Plan presented <br />this evening subject to compliance with the recommendations outlined in <br />the City Planner's report dated December 11, 2006, and subject to <br />consideration of all comments made as part of the meeting this evening. <br />Rheaume seconded. <br />Motion carried 6 — 0. <br />GARY Duray noted that Gary Rheaume has not applied fot re- appointment to the <br />RHEAUME Planning Commission.
