As we have proposed and discussed with you in August 2006, <br />at the time of submittal of our proposed budget, the enclosed Amendment increases the <br />monthly retainer for criminal legal services from $4,200.00 to $4,400.00 per month. <br />Would you please review the enclosed to determine if any additions or deletions <br />are necessary.
