As you are aware, the Contractor for the project is E.H. Renner & Sons, Inc. <br />The total amount earned by the Contractor on this partial pay estimate is $10,971.50. <br />Subtracting previous payments of $10,422.93, the amount due the Contractor is <br />$548.57. <br />This pay estimate provides for the release of all retainage that is being held for the <br />project. We have inspected the work preformed by E.H. Renner & Sons, Inc. and find it <br />to be in compliance with the plans, specifications, and contract documents, In addition <br />to the signed pay estimate, the Contractor has provided all necessary closeout <br />documentation.
