The
parcel borders the south boundary of the large pond and wetland complex, known as
Black Tern Pond.
Development is shown in two areas, with the primary area south of the pond with
access from Spruce Street. This area includes a two story office building and a shop
building, with a future expansion of the storage /shop building to the west. A great deal
of outdoor storage of equipment is also proposed for the site. The second portion of the
site is adjacent to Rice Street, containing two buildings and an outdoor storage and
vehicle parking area.
The PUD was reviewed and approved in 2001 with a number of conditions. The
applicant has now submitted supplemental information to satisfy the conditions of the
original approval.
ANALYSIS
Zoning, The applicant applied for PUD zoning in June of 2001.
